If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us and we'll email you a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will gladly refund your money. Any items returned for a refund must be received within thirty (30) days from the date of the original invoice. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1 week for the processing of your refund. Returned merchandise must be received free from damage (manufacturer's defects notwithstanding) with the original tags in place. Any damage, other than manufacturer's defects, voids this return policy.

Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund. However, our workman-ship warranty applies.

Warranty

Wingdom guarantees that all products will be free from defects in workman-ship for one full year. If such a defect occurs, Wingdom will repair or replace your product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, neglect of the product, or damage caused in shipping. Wingdom reserves the right to make the final determination.

"Check" Payment Option

If you choose to pay by check, please e-mail us a note and in return you will receive an e-mail invoice with instructions to mail a check or money order to WingdomUSA. 8.25% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to locations within California.

Currently, we are only servicing the United States.

US Priority Mail will be used for shipments to a post office box, military base, Hawaii or Alaska. Next Day and 2nd Day Air are not available for Military Bases.

Please remember, we must have a valid street address for 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipments.

All products will be shipped flat (unstuffed!). We can drop ship to any address within the United States at no additional cost to you.

Also, if you wish to have your product wrapped and shipped via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, a surcharge of $15.00 will be added to your order due to the fact that the products must be shipped in larger boxes which cost a fortune to ship!
