We started WingdomUSA with one special purpose -- to make a quality product with a positive
message. We feel that love, friends, and family are the most important things in life.
It is our hope that through our products we can spread smiles, lighten hearts, and help you
express just how you feel about your little ones.
WingdomUSA.com is part of the Rose Designs Company. We are a small manufacturer, located in Simi
Valley, California -- 45 miles north of Los Angeles. Retha Boyce established the Rose Designs
Company in 1995 with a small production shop offering custom embroidery and
quilting. Over the years our focus has shifted from corporate apparel to baby and childrens
accessories, custom quilts, special occasion gifts, and unique home accessories. We are dedicated to
producing unique products that meet our high quality standards and, at the same time, offer great
value to our customers.
We have put a lot of time, energy, and love into our products. All are custom designed and made
of the highest quality materials. Soft fabric bags like the Baby Angel line and the Leopard and Zebra
Groovy Baby line are made from scratch at our Simi Valley facility. The 600 denier polyester bags like BabY2K,
Mom Squad, and Daddy on Duty are imported -- but rest assured, they meet our highest quality
standards as well. The embroidery and quilting processes are done at Rose Designs.
Most of the wonderful artwork you see on our site (the buttons at the top of the pages
and embroidered logos) is the creation of freelance artist, Kate Pitner, in Valencia, California. If you
